Acorn Biomedical, Inc. is a development-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the acquisition, in-licensing, development and commercialization of innovative drug therapies.

We intend to leverage our expertise to function as a clinical accelerator of pre-clinical stage therapeutic products. Acorn will acquire from academic and research institutions new molecular and/or biologic products with pre-clinical proof-of-concept in animal models and will manage the development of these products through the various phases of clinical testing, United States Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) regulatory filings, out-licensing and commercialization.
